Candidates who wish to benefit from the scope of Temporary Article 85, which was added to the Higher Education Law No. 2547 by Law No. 7592 published and put into effect in the Official Gazette dated August 9, 2026, and numbered 33335, must apply to the Directorate of the Institute of Graduate Studies via email (enstitu@iku.edu.tr) within four months (until December 9, 2026 by the end of the shift) from the date this article entered into force.
Those who are performing their military service on the date this Law enters into force shall benefit from the rights under Temporary Article 85, provided that they apply within two months following their discharge.
Applications will be evaluated after the implementation of code of practice are determined by the Council of Higher Education.
