The aim of the Real Estate Development Master’s Degree Program is to provide education in a way that enables real estate investments, which constitute an important part of economic investments, to be evaluated within the economic interests of both the investor and the country. The rapid urbanization in our country which will continue in the following years creates a very dynamic real estate market in our cities. This increases the importance of the subject and the need for qualified personnel in the market. Therefore, this program offers graduate education in real estate finance, marketing, valuation and law to people who are trained in different disciplines such as urbanism, architecture, engineering, business and economics. The Real Estate Development, which is an interdisciplinary program, consists of faculty members from business, architecture, engineering, law and urbanism programs.

PERIOD OF STUDY
Program without Thesis: 3 Semesters
General Conditions for Application
- To be a graduate of a 4-year undergraduate program,
- Medium of instruction is Turkish.
- The program is a master’s degree program without thesis.
- The program consists of 120 ECTS.
- For the students who do not graduate from the related department, a "Preparatory Program" with a content to be determined by the Department may be required for 2 semesters.
- In order to graduate, students must prepare “Term Project” in addition to the normal course load.
Applications to the program are accepted twice a year in the Fall and Spring semesters.

İstanbul Kültür University Civil Engineering Department conducts its education, training and research activities with the awareness of being a leading institution in the society. - Copy of Diploma or Temporary Graduation Certificate,
- Copy of Transcript,
- Copy of ALES Certificate, (ALES certificate is not required for Non-Thesis Programs)
- Certificate of Military Service Status (For male candidates),
- 2 passport photos,
- Copy of the Identity Card,
- Copy of the Foreign Language Certificate for PhD Programs,
During the final registration students must submit the following:
- Certified copy of Diploma or Temporary Graduation Certificate,

- ALES Certificate, (To be printed out at the Institute.)

- 6 passport photos,
