The aim of the Master's program in Human Rights is to provide the ability for an academic study that will contribute to science and produce new solutions, as well as an education that provides the opportunity to specialize in many areas within the branch of human rights law.
Period of Study
Program with Thesis: 2 Academic Years (4 Semesters)
- Graduates of the Faculty of Law can apply to the Human Rights Law Graduate Program.
- The program language is Turkish.
- The program consists of a total of at least 120 ECTS credits, at least eight courses including the seminar course and thesis work, provided that it is not less than 60 ECTS credits in one academic term.
- The program takes place on weekdays.
- To apply, it is necessary to have a bachelor's degree and to have taken ALES within the past 5 years and to have received a minimum of 55 points from the EA group.
Program Opening Periods
Applications to the program are made twice a year, in the Fall and Spring semesters.

GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR APPLICATION TO ALL PROGRAMS
During the application candidates must bring the following:
- Copy of Diploma or Temporary Graduation Certificate,
- Copy of transcript,
- Photocopy of ALES Document, (ALES document is not required in Non -Thesis Programs)
- Military Service Certificate (For male candidates),
- Passport Photographs,
- Identity Card Copy,
- Copy of Foreign Language certificate for Doctoral Programs
During the final registration students must submit the following:
- Certified copy of Diploma or Temporary Graduation Certificate,
- Certified copy of transcript,
- ALES Certificate, (Receiving the printout from the Institute)
- Original Military Status Document (For male candidates),
- 6 Passport Photographs,
- Foreign Language Certificate for Doctorate Programs, (Receiving the printout at the Graduate School)
